0 miles, how nice to rest! After yesterday's rainy ride it was so nice to have today off. We had last nite's dinner with all and then we're on our own for today. So we called the local taxi service, Janet, and 6 of us had an early breakfast down the road. We did a little walking around and called Janet for a pick up ride home. Since laundry was done yesterday we had only bikes to wash. We used outside showers that are used for returning from the beach. Good for sandy bikes also. I had a message on my phone for a package pickup at the office. And there were Sherry's Berries from Tom to all of us! A Mother's Day treat! Pretty much the rest of the day for me was resting. I did have a very good Garmin lesson from Susan who actually knows how to use it. So tomorrow I'll give the mapping a try. Until then....
News flash, Wendy just got a call from her cousin that there's a snake in her couch out back.. Cousin Chris is calling Pest Control. More info as the news unfolds!
