Day14 Pt South, SC to Moncks Corner, SC 81 miles

Wow, what a day! We left early at 7:00A because of the long distance and to avoid as much traffic as possible. It was a rather tuff day due to roads with many potholes and rather impatient drivers. And then dogs. Wendy and 2 others were just a little behind when I heard all this yelling. A very large pit bull was chasing them while the owner stood by tending his leaf fire! They got through unscathed but were so angry! I got by another dog that climbed under his fence by using Tom's whistle.

We are having wonderful weather and hoping it continues. We are now two weeks into our journey and really coming together as a group. There's lots of laughing and joking around. We've had 2 husbands visit and 1 brought the family dog, Sadie. This is a very special group of women who all really enjoy riding and exploring our country.
